You may cancel your order before it has been shipped with no cancellation penalty.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Even though some special offers are advertised as providing you with "free shipping" the shipping costs are included into the total purchase price. These charges are $29.00 per unit and are non refundable
A 15% handling fee will apply
The actual bank and e store fees incurred in processing your payment method are not refundable
When we have received and inspected your electric scooter a refund will be processed promptly.
If you wish to receive a refund, you may return your scooter, shipping paid, within 5 days of the time you received it (excluding gas scooters).
The following terms and conditions apply to all electric scooter returns.
The scooter must be unused and in new condition.
Scooter must be in its original carton along with all items originally shipped in that carton to be eligible for refund. We will not accept returns for, any reason, on scooters that have been used.

You are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.
Bank and e store processing fees.
The actual bank and e store fees incurred in processing your payment method are not refundable.
You are responsible for:
Returning the product in new, unused condition.
Your return must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals.
Paying all costs for return shipping.
XtremeScooterWorld.com does not make arrangements for or pay for return shipping
Writing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package.
Before returning your scooter you must obtain a return authorization number.
Request Refund Return Authorization Number
In the mail to window enter your complete name, address and the address where the scooter was shipped to if different from yours and a brief reason for return
No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number clearly displayed on the outside of scooter box.
Freight collect or C.O.D. deliveries are NOT accepted.
After 5 days scooter returns are not accepted 
When we have received and inspected your electric scooter a refund will be processed promptly.
We do not accept returns of gas scooters.
Payments made to us by credit card will receive a credit issued back to the specific card used in the original transaction less all applicable non refundable charges and fees as described above.
Payments made to us by e-check will be returned to your account electronically if possible. If not we will send to you via USPS our company check in the refund amount.
XtremeScooterWorld.com is not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise we sell. Please exercise caution and take the necessary safety measures to protect yourself while engaging in cycling. XtremeScooterWorld.com encourages you to wear a helmet and use other appropriate safety gear while riding regardless of the legal requirements in your particular location.
The warranties offered on merchandise sold by XtremeScooterWorld.com are provided by the Manufacture of that item. Each manufacture has assumed the sole responsibility for the execution and fulfillment of their respective warranty.  XtremeScooterWorld.com does not provide you with a warranty on your purchase.
XtremeScooterWorld.com will extend to its customers the manufacturer's warranty on merchandise purchased from us. However, we make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise that we carry, or sell.
You should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing about age requirements for riding electric or gas scooters. Some states may have laws restricting the use of scooters on public streets, generally all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds, parks etc....but many states have age requirements and most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not be used on wet or slippery roads. Please always scoot safely. Know your laws before you go scootin. We will not take back a scooter if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.
This Agreement and the legal relations between the parties will be governed in all respects, including validity, interpretation, performance and effect, by the laws of the State of Colorado.
The parties expressly and irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the Courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
Purchasing from this web site constitutes your agreement with and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
